to execute the agreed strategy we will:

• investigate opportunities to acquire additional land
• identify site and building areas
• identify land owners
• analyse recent transactions on the land
• provide estimates of costs and revenues
• negotiate the terms of purchase

where necessary we will negotiate joint venture agreements with landowners or other developers, and can advise on appropriate structures to suit the opportunity.
