by co-ordinating the appointment of a professional team including architects, quantity surveyors, planners and agents, we manage the design and costing of alternative development proposals to enhance value, and using development appraisals select the scheme that will maximise return on investment.

we will also manage the planning application process to ensure that the development proposals can be implemented, and then will either dispose of the asset at the enhanced value or lead the appointment of a full professional team to procure and deliver the scheme.
